Disclaimer: None of these MP3's are mine. Do not use or distribute without authors' permission.

1. The eight Tobacco MP3s are Thomas Barth's (tpbarth@web.de) remixes of M1 songs. They don't add garbage tracks to Seropian's classics. They merely professionally enhance the original Marathon experience. You will not want to be without these masterful recreations of the classics. Each of these eight MP3's are named with a "2" after it. This is because they supplement, rather than replace, the eight songs of the same name and are referenced seperately in M1A1-SE's Map file.

2. The Cannibal Whore Feast MP3s are by Iain McLaughlin. The original Alexander Seropian M1 counterparts have been paste-mixed into these at half-volume. The originals are derived from their Quicktime counterparts which were specifically modified for QuickTime 3.0 or newer by Alexander Thomas (dr.lex@cryogen.com). These MIDIs had certain instruments swapped in order to make them sound better on newer versions of Apple's QuickTime. I inverted the right audio channels on these to give them a cheap surround-sound effect but, blended with the deep bass of CWF's remixes, they sound decent enough. These will eventually be replaced as Craig Hardgrove finishes off his Marathon Remix project and his excellent versions of these become available.

3. The Chibi-Usa MP3 "Fat Man" is from the Chibi-Usa's "Alternative Marathon Tracks" project. It will likewise be replaced once Craig Hardgrove's rendition of "Fat Man" is released. This file will also be upgraded from v1.5 to v1.6 once all non-Tobacco songs are replaced by Hardgrove's.

4. The MuShoo MP3s file contains one song. The song "We're Everywhere!" is composed by Mike Schapiro (mikeschappy@ameritech.net), alias MuShoo, NOT copyright Bungie. Please do not use or distribute this MP3 without MuShoo's consent. It is the only original score in the distribution.

5. Installation: After extracting these files, place them in the M1A1 Tracks sub-folder in your M1 directory. (Ex. "E:\Marathon Special Edition\M1A1 Tracks" without the quotes)

6. Files with the same name WILL be overwritten. If you wish to save any existing or original music files in the M1A1 Tracks sub-folder of your M1 directory, you might want to back them up into your M1A1 Audio sub-folder or into a temporary folder.

7. All Marathon Music is composed by Alexander Seropian and is copyright of Bungie Corporation.
